DIRECTOR'S STATEMENT:
It often falls to photographers to help the public understand the beauty and fragility of our natural surroundings. Artists who have deep environmental concerns feel the need to actively engage in some way. In this Earth Month, our Collective photographers focus on images of our natural environment so as to engender a more profound awareness of our precious ecosystem.
