Bio
Barbara is an award winning photographer who lives in the rural foothills of San Diego county. For much of her life she has had an interest in photography and continues her education at Palomar College and recently during COVID-19 zoom workshops in alternative processes including encaustics and bookmaking. She is using both digital and film to capture images; with special interest in alternative photography and the digital darkroom.
Her appreciation of the earth and universe inspire her to take the depth she visualizes and provide viewers an enhanced perspective through her photographic images
Barbara's photography is in private collections in the United States and internationally. Her art is shown at North Coastal Art League and The Photographers Eye Collective. Barbara is a member of True North Photo Society and Women in Creative Photography.
All of her photographs are available in a variety of print sizes, and can be purchased as a print, gallery mounted or framed. Images are available on a variety of substrates; such as canvas, acrylic and metal surfaces. Images have sufficient resolution for enlargement suited to corporate and commercial spaces.
