Earth Sucks
Helena, Montana
I made this photograph on a brief car ride exploration of the town of Helena, Montana. I was drawn to the ironic nature of this graffiti on a wall down one of the alleyways. The blunt wording of “EARTH SUCKS” sitting just under the image of a peace sign is wildly funny to me. I considered in a momentary daydream that an extra terrestrial from a neighboring galaxy had come down to experience Earth, and these were their parting words.
