Looking at my patio from my kitchen, I see the disarray of items used for outside maintenance along with various plants that have no permanent location. As with the Drainer scene, it is a frozen image in time that will morph as the day progresses. Lawn and garden maintenance, watering and maintenance of potted plants, feeding birds, and cleaning of the patio all contribute to the living movement of this scene. It is a result of a wide range of actions that occur right outside of the kitchen.
