A resident, wearing a medical mask, walks by a mural in downtown Stroudsburg, Pa., April 29. The mural was created several years ago during a downtown arts festival and depicts an activity that is currently prohibited for potential health risks. Its both a symbol of togetherness and of the community that came together to bring it to life.
