Having caught the U.S. Border Patrol off guard at about 2am, a group of young men from Mexico free-fall down the north face of the 8’ high border fence from Tijuana and into San Ysidro, California on June 18, 1992. Except for the lookout smuggler atop the locked door, everyone sprinted into the business and residential district and most likely avoided capture.
